Crafted in Spain

The “Balaka” boxes are made of creamy white stoneware and glazed on the inside with a shiny transparent glaze. They are designed as a trio, with the largest and smallest interlocking. These irregularly-shaped, rounded boxes are ideal for holding jewellery or small treasures such as stones or shells. Black abstract shapes are drawn on the outside, covering their surfaces and creating a dialogue. Each piece is totally unique, crafted with the greatest love for the material. They are carefully handcrafted by ILOE in her shared workshop in Barcelona.

These objects are made from stoneware, a high-temperature ceramic.
Solid and fragile at the same time. You can put them in the dishwasher.
However, avoid knocks and shocks.
You can wash them in water to remove dust.
