This ring has encapsulated a real coffee bean within itself; its cast has made room for the metal and is destined to exist forever. It’s part of the Montjuic collection, born by chance during a trip to Barcelona, with the idea of immortalizing nature forever and transforming it into unique jewelry.
To achieve this result, each piece has been crafted using the ancient technique of lost-wax casting. It has been handmade without the use of molds; the small signs of imperfection present are a sign of the craftsmanship of the product. You might receive a similar but not identical jewel, indicative of the uniqueness of the piece. The bronze rings undergo a protective treatment.
– Use a specific product designed for cleaning;
– Make a paste of lukewarm water and bicarbonate of soda to rub the surface of the jewellery, then rinse. Or use a soft cloth, neutral soap (pH neutral) and warm water;
– Wipe the surface of the jewel occasionally with the cloth you will receive;
– Air and humidity are the worst enemies of oxidation, the latter increases if you leave the jewellery in contact with each other. Store your jewellery in its original packaging or in an airtight bag;
– When you get your hands wet, it would be a good idea to remove bronze jewellery; if you forget, remember to dry them very well;
– Avoid contact with creams or perfumes and do not wear them when playing sports, in the pool, at the beach or at the spa. Higher pH, chlorides, sulphides, any salinity or acidity accelerate oxidation.
