Soro Basket: one-of-a-kind woven basket crafted by artisans from Yikene, Ghana. The Soro basket is ideal for housing mats, toys, or plants due to its generous capacity and wide opening.
Available in two different complementary patterns, great together! 

These baskets are handmade and each piece is unique so slight variations may exist in colours, pattern, size, and shape.

Aketekete baskets are made of a strong and flexible material called straw (or elephant grass) which will allow you to use it as much as you want and will cover all your needs. Although, as it’s a natural material we strongly recommend to :
– Avoid humidity, direct sunlight and dust.
– We advise using a normal brush to clean your basket
– if needed, rewet it to put it into shape again.
