The Tena Basket set of 3 is a set of straw hand-woven baskets crafted by artisans from the rural community of Zaare, Ghana. This set features all three sizes and different textures of the Tena baskets. They are ideal to store blankets, towels or to use as a knitting set box.

Note that these baskets are handmade and each piece is unique so slight variations may exist in colours, pattern, size, and shape.

Aketekete baskets are made of a strong and flexible material called straw (or elephant grass) which will allow you to use it as much as you want and will cover all your needs. Although, as it’s a natural material we strongly recommend to :
– Avoid humidity, direct sunlight and dust.
– We advise using a normal brush to clean your basket
– if needed, rewet it to put it into shape again.
